Upon ordering and receiving my shipment. It was missing an item. Took it upon myself to reach out and was told I would have shipping information for a drop shipped item. No issue there but still have yet to get the tracking and no one has since reached out to me in regards to missing part of order.

Shipping was expensive and took forever.

Although the Stethoscope is fine, it was mailed in a soft-sided envelope, so the box was smashed on both sides when delivered. The last one I bought was sent in a box so damage was prevented.

The stethoscope was ordered for my daughter. I paid for it to be engraved with her name and to have it expedited. It did not get engraved with her name. Would like money refunded.

The diaphragm ordered was correct for my stethoscope but it did not fit. Luckily I was able to use tape to make it fit and it works fine after improvising. Was disappointed but it got me through my shifts with the tape. The ear pieces worked fine. Idk think I will order from this company again.

Helpful and quick customer service representatives. However, was a little dissatisfied when asking about a price match as there was a $50 difference in the same scope from other major retailers, as I was told “We wouldn’t make any money”. Wouldn’t have ordered from this company, if the other retailers were able to get me the scope in the same next day time frame.

Tacky Tubing... Littmann Cardiology IV, Plum 6156 purchased 12/2019; arrived perfect condition; tubing was smooth not tacky; kept in original box in office closet until last week when I went to put it into service. Now the tubing is very tacky. The stethoscope.com rep said it might be the plasticizer leaching through and he referred me to 3m company. The 3m rep said they only replace not refund products and that is same policy for stethoscope.com. I am concerned about doing business with a company that does not guarantee and provide a refund for defective products.
