My customized order shipped the same day, and with the normal shipping arrived in 2 days. The product looked great. The reason I only gave 4 stars was because the diaphragm and O ring kept falling off. I reported the issue to customer service, and they are sending me new parts. If the new parts work, then I will change it to 5 stars!

My mother wanted to buy a stethoscope for me; I did not know that I would be trained as a MA. My mother asked my aunt (who's) a nurse,and she recommended Littmann. I love my stethoscope! I needed one b/c the spares were always taken, and majority of the time I could barely hear a beat.

This new scope is a marvelous improvement over the old electronic stethescope I had been using. I can now hear much, much more clearly without straining, even for breath sounds. The only drawback is the frequent interference by static noise artifact.

Have a new nurse in the family,the engraving made it so personal

The color was not as vibrant as shown on screen. I also wanted more customization options with multiple colors.
