Great customer service. Got the product I ordered in a timely manner. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is I couldn't order it online. There was a glitch in their server (or something) and after trying to order online several times, I had to call to order. It took me two tries to get to a person to place the order. Everything after that was great!

I purchased the ADC Stethoscope, Model 603 in Black/Copper a little over a week ago (5/19/17). It turned out to be very cute, just like the photo. I was able to auscultate just as good as my old Littmann Lightweight. I just wish the engravement was more visible and larger than it was, for $12.95 extra. It was done on the bell/inner chestpiece in black letters.
