This company did not offer name engraving on the bridge piece between ear pieces. Also, it's too short.

The stethoscope is great. Very disappointed in the engraving is very small and you can barely see what it says.

The order was processed and delivered in a very efficient manner. The engraving, however, was a disappointment. It's barely visible. This was intended as a special gift. Shouldn't have to search for the engraving.

The engraving can barely be seen. The picture online is not close to actual product

package is not sealed. it look like some one opened. i dont have time to return.

However, it is extremely difficult to see the engraving, which I did not know at the time of the order. When I called customer service upon receiving the product, I was told that it is difficult to see the engraving when the item is "mirror" type, but they do not have an alert for customers upon ordering. Engraving is there to be seen and in this case, it was not worth engraving it.

Box came absolutely destroyed and was being held together by rubber band. Kind of made me hesitant to accept the package.
