Overall, the process was easy. There were a few glitches on the previous employment page. I had to go back 3 times and fill out one section because it was not saving the information when I clicked next, but otherwise no issues.

I had an alright to pretty good experience using this site. My only complaints are that results came rather late, to the point I needed to send an email for results back even though they finished the research 3 days before I finally gotten an email. But overall, my experience was good to great.

Hi, I really didn't find it to be an overall bad experience but I did have difficulty due to my device needing to be updated. The lady who helped me was very kind an helped me through it. I have high hopes all checks out well. Thank you for your time.

Folks did a great job

Overall the experience was good. The questionnaire I had to fill out was straightforward and when more information was needed, I appreciated receiving the text messages and emails with links for where to go to input info. However, some information that was needed afterwards, like verification that I attended graduate school, seemed like something that Sterling would reach out to the school to obtain instead of asking me? This was different than past background experiences I have had. But again, overall the experience was good. Thank you for completing in a short amount of time so that I can begin employment on time!
