Great communication and response. Only issue was someone told me my paperwork was perfect when there was in fact a flaw which added a delay in the process

I find that Sterling responds very quickly and thoroughly to requests when I enter a background check request or ask questions of customer service. If the individual that I am speaking with can't find the answer, they will ensure I get in touch with someone who can. So far, I am very pleased to have chosen them as our vendor.

The typical questions that Sterling group ask makes it easy for the client to determine if the potential candidate will be a good match to the organization. Since 911 companies have needed to recheck on all new hires to make sure the person is actual the same person on their identification forms.
