Very professional and helpful.

Overall, it was good. One issue was, I had to show proof of graduation. Now, if you are younger, no problem but we are talking 40 yrs ago. I have never had to do this. Yes I understand the school is now closed but really? I did find my diploma but how many people could have? So, if I dont have this, I dont get job? Alittle harsh?

Application was a long process with so much details captured. But, the experience turned out to be good and responsive. Overall it was fine.

The process of completing the forms was straight forward. I was a bit confused since the email from my employer talked about including email addresses for the employment history section. There was no employment history to fill out in the documents. I called customer service at Sterling and was told that I did fully complete all the documents. They were very pleasant and helpful.

It was somewhat easy, but could be easier to get through

My information was not submitted so I have to reenter my employment history. As far a responding back to my email I give you all 5 stars Thank you so much for responding within 24-48 hours.
