I purchased the sterilize laundry baskets at Walmart. Within one use they were already cracked, pinching me, and had the handles breaking off. This product is made so flimsy not able to do the job for which it was made. I'd give it negative 5 stars if I could In pain right now from the handle breaking off!!!

We needed a drawer pull for a 4 drawer tower that we had from Sterilite. I emailed them to ask about getting one. They replied quickly to tell me that they were sending me one free of charge! The package that came the next week actually contained 2 new drawer pulls. That is wonderful customer service that goes above and beyond the norm.
