Terrible customer service …
am extremely disappointed with Stealth Cam’s customer service. I contacted the company numerous times regarding an issue with my Revolver 2.0 Cellular Trail Camera order. Each time I called, I had to explain the entire situation all over again. Representatives repeatedly told me someone would call me back, but those callbacks never happened. What makes this even more frustrating is that while I was still waiting for someone to resolve my issue, Stealth Cam had the nerve to send me an email asking me to review my purchase! After numerous calls and no resolution, I was forced to dispute the $126.64 charge through my credit card company to get my money back. A customer should not have to spend this much time chasing a company for answers and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Stealth Cam. Their lack of communication, follow-through, and customer support was unacceptable.
