Awful hosts!
Awful hosts - very misleading communications from them. I would completely avoid this company.

Awful experience with their property in…
Awful experience with their property in Lake Ariel. My partner had a serious accident and we were not able to stay - they charged us the full amount of the stay and even the (ridiculous) $250 cleaning fee!! We were only due to stay for 2 nights. Led us to believe that we didn't need to worry when we informed them of the accident then refused all contact - wouldn't answer the phone to us or booking.com
