Stathom FitnessReviews of stathomfitness.com

My experience with SF has been genuinely transformative. From day one, Coach has shown up with empathy, intention, and a level of attentiveness that makes you feel both seen and challenged in the right ways. It’s not just about workouts or routines — it’s about mindset, accountability, and sustainable growth. What stands out most is the balance: supportive without coddling, motivating without pressure, and always tuned in to what you actually need to move forward. That kind of leadership builds confidence and results. Whether you’re just starting out and need guidance on the fundamentals, or you’re seasoned and looking to level up with structure and strategy, SF meets you where you are, and pushes you beyond it.

I have lost 30 pounds in 4 months, built muscle, and improved my health. I was unsure about the online format at first; it can be a bit intimidating, and my initial thought was, “Great, just what I need—another boring fitness app like all the others out there.” But after joining the Stathomfiness program, I found that the app is really just a way to connect with awesome coaching and training, and the program goes far beyond workouts and nutrition. There is an entire side devoted to wellness and balance, with activities like meditation and yoga, to mention just a couple. I was honestly surprised by how supportive the team has been. They've checked in on me consistently and been super responsive to everything I've needed. Their flexibility has really helped, making it easier to fit everything into my schedule. Overall, it’s been a really reassuring experience, and I appreciate their ongoing support.

Russell and Will are fantastic and provide excellent support and expertise! ❤️

At nearly 42, I wanted to lean out, drop body fat, and keep my muscle without wrecking my hormones or burning out. In 12 weeks with Stathom, I dropped 15+ pounds and went from ~21% body fat to 11%. I’ve never been in better shape in my life. What surprised me most wasn’t just the physical results. The structure, consistency, and built-in mindfulness elements helped me feel more centered and emotionally regulated. It’s not just a workout plan. It’s a disciplined system that actually integrates into real life. If you’re serious about results and want something sustainable, this works.

After eight weeks, the difference in my physical activity and appearance is obvious. This program (re)trains your cognition around food, exercise, and well-being. It works and the support is there with a very fast response time to questions I highly recommend

Everything you need at your fingers and real people behind the scenes to help make you succeed. This app and program have helped change my relationship with working out and eating the right things. I’m so happy I found Stathom Fitness!
