Star City GamesReviews of starcitygames.com

They refused to pay me for my cards and now they are making excuses when I request to return my cards. I made more money on 23Cas.com and I withdrew it without any hassle. StarCityGames have thousands of loopholes in their terms and conditions which allow them to justify the embezzlement. It's not a high risk investment - it's a pure fraud. I don't know a single person who got their money from this company. Hard as it sounds, I must admit that I also lost my money so I want to spread the word about this company being a total and utter scam.

I decided to do a trade-in with star city games for my first time recently and it was a horrible experience. It took them 2 weeks to process my trade in. It wasn’t a big order either it was literally just 2 cards. Then when I finally received credit it’s not taken them multiple days to process my order. I will never use their service again. Card Kingdom is honestly comparable in price, but they process everything very quickly and ship your orders fast.

Spent 700 on 2 cards. Both came in 1 top loader. Slurge and put each card in its own toploader. Cheap.

Bought mostly NM card from them, about $300 + and I pick them up and check they are all there, I had to ask for one to be replaced as it was very obviously not NM with white marks on the edges and big chip in the black boarder, the rest of the NM were also white scratches but minor, still good but certainly not NM, they came in a cardboard box that was okay I guess, card kingdom was heaps better, better quality and better snap shut plastics with tabs on the tape for easy removal, it's that type of small stuff that make or break my return, will not return to SCG. The card came in a random order instead of as listed by the recitp so making sure they were all there took some time sorting, professionalism = meh, like they don't care to much

This company negotiates in bad faith and looks to take advantage of its customers and people looking to sell them product,

Don't send!! prices change when they receive them not even 30% of value then they lose your credit and shipping

0 stars. This business is a scam. They were supposed to pay my boyfriend almost $200 for cards in August. That never happened. Then in November they refused to pay him or return his cards. So we are trying to warn others that this company is a scam that refuses to agree to their own set terms. Return the cards or pay what you agreed to. But no ripping people off is much more profitable to this business

I purchased a MTG card about a week ago, it was way cheaper on Star City Games than anywhere else. The delivery was fast and it was shipped with a sleeve, topper sleeve and bubble. They really took good care of my order and the card looks gorgeous, grade-able gorgeous. The only down side is that there's not tracking - but it was obviously not a problem here - I did not even have time to worry about it. Will buy from them in the future.
