Placed Stampin Up
Placed Stampin Up! Order #54662896 on April 11th at about 9am. After submitting the online order, I noticed that the item quantities changed from what I had chosen. I then attempted to cancel the order, but there wasn’t an option available to cancel on their website. I then called the Stampin Up! Customer service phone, but they are only open on weekdays. This morning April 13th I called the Stampin Up! Customer service as soon as they opened, but once again the female agent would not edit or cancel the order. I then asked to speak with the manager, but could not. The female agent told me that I could exchange, but I would have to pay for the return shipping cost. My Discover Credit Card was billed $324.16 for this order error immediately even before shipping. Package delivery will be rejected and returned to Stampin Up unless this Order #54662896 is canceled. Refund the $324.16 to my original payment Discover Credit Card immediately. Update / Upgrade the Stampin Up website to allow for order cancellations and provide customer support for online order at all times.
