Hi Scott, you’re right to be frustrated. Returning your machine without resolving the issue, followed by difficulty reaching our team, is not the service we intend to provide. We’re looking into your case now and want to complete the replacement you were promised. Please contact us at [email protected] with “Trustpilot – Scott” in the subject line so we can resolve this directly.

Hi Austin, we’re sorry you waited so long without receiving your machine. Spout experienced significant product-development and manufacturing delays during its early crowdfunding period, and we understand why the experience damaged your trust. Your order should have been handled and communicated more clearly. We would appreciate the opportunity to confirm that your cancellation and refund were completed properly. Please email [email protected] so we can follow up.

Hi Allyson, we’re sorry you waited without receiving your machine. Spout is a real operating company, and our machines are now in customers’ homes, but we experienced serious delays fulfilling some early crowdfunding orders. That does not excuse your experience. We want to locate your order and resolve it directly. Please contact [email protected] with “Trustpilot – Allyson” in the subject line and your original order information.
