These methods are strictly against our policies as they misrepresent user location to advertisers, which undermines our partnerships and the integrity of our platform. However, we understand that false positives can happen. That’s why we always offer users the opportunity to verify their identity (KYC) if they believe their account was flagged in error. Using a proxy or VPN to access Split Drop is strictly prohibited and violates our Terms of Use. Accounts found doing so will be suspended. If we need to verify a user's transaction with the advertiser—which typically takes between 30 and 45 days—Split Drop will issue payment once the advertiser confirms.

If you have problems with Split Drop please reach out to [email protected] or create a ticket in our Discord server. From what I remember you have had significant Charge Backs/Reversals from a game published by the same publisher. That does affect our willingness to pay without getting final advertiser approval. But, you should have been given an option to KYC your account for expedited processing, did you not receive this? If not reach out on discord or support and we will send you a link to do this.

Please read our response from December of 2024 about VPNing into Australia from Indonesia - To reiterate, we don't allow Proxy from Indonesia to other countries. It is against our Terms of Use. I am not sure why Trust Pilot allows you to post two times about an issue you had last year.

Leticia - I believe we have worked through your issues. Your KYC was done with an expired Government ID from 2019. We have paid your money and stated you will most likely need to KYC with a valid and non-expired Government ID from Brazil in the future. We don't collect any data on our users, just their email for account creation. We have over 100,000 users using our platform and growing. Sent out over $1M just this year alone to users Worldwide. So, not sure why you keep saying Scam. I would appreciate it if you could update your review if possible.
