SpinQuestReviews of spinquestcasino.com

It has been 4 business days since I won and requested a redemption. I haven’t even received an email stating that I requested a redemption. I have reached out to support 4 different times and I keep getting a copied-pasted section of the terms stating it can take 2-5 business days since everything is reviewed manually. If it is reviewed manually then there is a queue and they can tell me where I stand in the queue. Nope. Nothing but copy-pasted TOS sections. Now that I’ve mentioned I am writing a trustpilot review they just wrote back stating they are referring me to the relevant team.

Requeest for Pending Payment. I am writing to request the inmediate payment of the following pending two prizes corresponding to September 2 2026 for $400.00 Dls And $201.15 corresponding on September 2, 2026.

In the company's definition of their own site is not only misleading, its a down right lie. There is not one sentence that is true, except for maybe where they take your money. As far as courteous or fast anything to include redemption, which is most important to the player, they dont lack anything because they dont have it period , you can't lack something g you dont have and this place is a definite stay the hell away and spend the money having your tonsils removed, itwould be more enjoyable and money better spent

Place is typical bottom tier. Redemption took almost 2 wks then I’m get free offer on Labor Day I try to collect and they said I used already. I asked which game and the one they said I’ve never heard of. Then I realized I was on My Prize and jumped into an influencers room and he’s was playing not me. I get it’s a gamble and I don’t leave review's I wld have moved on but the person I chatted w was an a**. Stay away customer support not helpful especially Alex. Too many good ones to choose from these guys are horrible

Talk about bate amd hook. The first time I played was with there free bonus sign up money. I won $219.00 and redeemed it. After verification it said it would take 3 to 5 business days to receive if everything checked out through the process. I thought ok I will never receive it because I did not deposit any money. Well after 5 days I received the deposit into my bank account. I was like wow they are legit. So since then I have put in around $500.00 and have not won a damn thing except $45 and I cant redeem it because it has to ne at least $50. While trying to get to $50 i ended up losing it. So yeah free money to lure you in let you win a little and the they more than double there money back by you losing. I play alot of casinos and the win lose ratio on this site is the worst I have ever seen. There is no live support either. Congratulations spinguest for taking my money but never again. I hope that who ever reads this will refuse to play on this site and please tell others. Bye Bye scammers

ScamQuest more like it. They say they offer a free coin every day i hit big and had my dollar up to 220 wanted to cash out and they said I had a play through to play through left still ! False advertising also ,they say they give free play and stuff like that i have only once came back and had something in my account and I have been on the site for nearly 2 years now
