I won 400 dollars and have been waiting on my redemption to go through. I like this app and want to give it 5 stars, but until I receive my winnings I have to keep it at 3. I really hope I don't get scammed 😞

I like the games and you do win!but..... you jump through some hoops and it takes a while to get winnings im still waiting.....

Giving them a 3 because I just installed the app. I will say I started off with $20 and won $200. I played it back 🤪 because all my verification is still pending. I probably wouldn't have won anything if everything was already verified 😆 any hoot, I'll keep playing. I hope they're a legit site. So much going on in the world today, we need something fun and relaxing to do.

I recently had a frustrating experience with customer support at this casino. Despite reaching out over a week ago for assistance with a redemption I put in on September 2nd, I received no response or updates on the status. However, on September 19th, I finally got the redeemed amount along with another I had requested three days prior. This lack of communication is concerning, especially since the casino has previously been responsive to my inquiries. While I appreciate the bonuses they offer, I would like to see a wider variety of games available.

I love the site but now when I try to redeem it says I need to verify my ID. So I click the link to verify my ID and then it says I am already verified. So it’s not letting me redeem. This is after I canceled my last $120 redemption and lost it all back. So it would be nice if they would respond to my email and fix the issue so I can revise this to the 5 stars I would like to give. Before this problem it has been great. For those getting mad about the limits the rules are pretty simple, once you have enough to redeem you can’t buy more, once you do redeem you have to wait for it to clear before buying more. I think that’s fair considering the bonuses they provide. And my redemptions have been timely before this. Hopefully I get a response.

Since my last review about not being credited for AMOE (alternate method of entry) letters and customer support not responding, I finally did get some credits for AMOE. Customer support still never responded to me, but I don't really care anymore. They could be better about their customer support but since they did finally pay their legal obligation I am happier now. Also wish their slots had higher RTP but oh well.

Use to be good, now it's looking like a scam. I am blocked from buying (I know as I have tried 7 different cards), support is none existent, no daily essentially and i'm stuck at 97sc, so can't cash out as you need 100. SCAM stay away Update: They finally responded to me and gave a solution so 3 stars instead of 1 lol

This is the worst platform I have ever played on. The (small) pays are few and far between, and is there even such a thing as a bonus?? All they’ve done is take my money. If I could give 0 stars, I would. EDIT: Changed my rating to 3 stars, but only because customer service was excellent. After an additional $250, I still didn’t get any pays worth mentioning; however, I did get a couple of bonuses. I know this is all chance, but other sites have pays and bonuses more frequently.
