Spinfinite.comReviews of spinfinite.com

It was a great casino i was bragging about how great their promotions are and out the blue my account is not able to make any purchase Error: You've reached your buy coins limit of $1.00 for the current month and cannot buy coins today. i contacted support with no response

Awful site. Do not use it. They have multiple options to buy coins with the deception that you are buying a "prime" deal of coins. Only to find out the coins are given over a period of time. This is not disclosed at purchase. The site and games do not pay out. Absolute joke.

Spinfinite isn’t responding to my multiple requests for help, in the beginning they communicated great, it now seems like they are ignoring anyone that needs help. Super disappointing.

Didn't used to be that bad until they decided that I had profited too much, then they shut off my purchases. Now I can't redeem what I had because its below the threshold. Tried reaching out, no response, ghosted me. Stay away unless you plan on losing

Please do NOT EVER use this website they will lock up your account when you win and try to redeem and once you reach out the their customer service team they will just repeat the same thing every response; "please send me over a screenshot of the error on your account" and once you do that they will just straight up ignore you for weeks on end. These people do not care about their customers AT ALL. If you want to play a real social casino just try crown coins or Wow Vegas

This is definitely a fake review and it needs flagged.bthe daily bonus is a joke. Also I bought a 24 or 27 get 75sc prime package. I didn't receive any. They told me I get it over 30. I've been getting 1 sc a day. Sometimes 2. I told it it didn't say anything about that before I bought it. Thieves

Spinfinite casino is the worst casino I’ve ever played on! They robbed me in a couple ways. They weren’t paying out on some of my winning spins and I swear I was playing .10 cents a spin and win I hit spin,.10 cents was deducted and when the reels stopped spinning they took another .10 cents. Idk how anyone else hasn’t noticed this. Sometimes they would take .20 even .30 cents a spin when im only betting .10 cents. And they dont have a live chat so I could tell them so I had to email them demanding my money back it I haven’t and doubt I’ll even get a response. CROOKS!!!!

Edit: i still have YET to recieve a response via email! I sent a screenshot of how i didnt have anything in my player account & i did in fact pay for $50 to play... needless to say ill never play on this site again. I used to love it but now its just crappy!!! I bought a $50 package this morning & was supposed to get the free wheel with it... I recieved neither one of them. So I couldnt play what I had just paid for!!! I have contacted spinfinite since then & havent received a reply at all!!! This is the first time this has happened but I definitely wont be playing on this site anymore if I dont get my money !! They need to be on top of their emails or customer support needs to be quicker than what they are!!! Especially if someone paid for something & didnt recieve what they paid for!!! I said I wasnt going to write a review but this has stressed me OUT to the max & i have YET to get a reply!!! Ill update with a 5 star once I get WHAT I PAID FOR!!!!
