Signed up November 2022. They charged me three times and sent me NONE of my boxes nor a tracking number. I have contacted them multiple times through various mediums. They are a legit scam. I'll be reporting them. I'm out nearly 100 dollars without any recourse. Save you're money and sanity & go elsewhere. They're a joke and shouldn't be in business.

It has been 5 months since I applied for this subscription. I can fairly say, with all the respect to other subscription boxes I’ve been subscribed to, this one is fart the best because of two things. First, the quality of the product. You simply can’t close your eyes and neglect famous brands they offer, Pixie, Manna Kadar, So Susan and whole lot more. Second, fantastic customer service. I would suggest Lip Monthly to everyone. It’s the safest way to go and you won’t regret any box. Cheers.
