Have not received my $40 t-shirt yet!

I was expecting the Haas F1 sweatshirt to be of better quality with respect to the logos. they are hot-stamp/heat transfers when I thought they were going to be embroidered, especially for the price. there is a mark on the front of the item i ordered where the heat-transfer press must have pressed into the fabric and made a mark on some of the material. Your QC could have been better when looking at what you ship to customers.

Always happy with my purchases. Exactly what was ordered and excellent quality. Shipping is the low spot. Takes a long time to receive items.

We bought this for our children (4 and 2 1/2). They love it, though my husband and I are a bit less pleased. The track looks nice and the car that comes with it is very nice. But the track does not stay together well. Our children are easy on toys, but they require our assistance to "put the pieces back together" every 5-10 minutes of playing with this. There are two different places in the road where, even with slight pressure against them, they become disconnected. We've tried tape, but the plastic is so smooth, that it's pretty hard to get it to stick. If the pieces stayed together better, this would be an absolutely wonderful track/play set. Still, it has held there attention, hence the three star review. A word of caution, it requires about 30 minutes of set up initially to assemble the pieces and ALL the stickers.

Items were promised to arrive by Christmas Eve but did not arrive until 12/26. Quaity and design of the products are great though, and my husband loved the gifts once received.

Put items in my cart my car expired too quickly for me to go back and easily purchase items. Customer service and automated emails were great but again led to an empty cart. The other thing that I noticed was customer service told me all the items are in stock and the item delivery date kept being pushed from January to April of 2016 being a Christmas shopper obviously this won't do.

My ordering experience went smoothly, but it has been a week, and I have received no shipping info yet. This is a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. I sure hope it gets to me in time!

We went onto your website to order a new Hunsiker poster that was in your latest catalog that we just received and isn't available. Why would you have something in your catalog but not on the website?
