Thought the product was going to be bigger

Ordered an XXL and the garments said XXL on them but they are "Medium" size at best

I purchased the red ferari cap but its way too big and doesnt fit right. I received the item with no receipt so I am not sure if it can be returned? Order#161103-215610

We ordered some model cars on the 14th of Sept. and have not received them yet. I think that's a long time to wait for an order....9 days and still not here. I ordered some books from Amazon and received them in 3 days and with no delivery charge. What's up ???

The mail offered free shipping but I was charged on my order, I think needs to be a code to cancel the charge of the offer is that way

Ordered product on a Saturday and it took speedgear until Thursday to get it shipped off. Gave a rating of average as the processing could/should of been faster.

Ordering process was quick and easy. Received verification email on the same day. But 10 days later, I'm still waiting for my delivery. I live in NJ about 15 minutes away from Speedgear's location so I thought the package would arrive quickly. But no such luck. I had quicker delivery service when I ordered from Speedgear years ago and lived in Pennsylvania. Back then, I'd receive deliveries in just a few days. Not really sure what the problem is.

Easy to order, easy to put credit card info. Email showed order placed, no tracking number. Ordered 05.14.16, as I write this review on 05.22.16 no idea where package is. If more company's would us the Amazon business model more customers would be happy. Very frustrated.
