The order took 2 months longer...
The order took 2 months longer then it said during check-out. Initially the order should have arrived in beginning of June, after ordering in February. Sadly the order has been delivered at the mid of August! After reaching out to the support multiple times, they stated that their logistic center is moving and therefore the order got delayed. For some weird reason, my order was being shipped with shipping costs, even though they advertise free shipping for germany. After reaching out to support because of that, they stated that this particular order was processed from a different logistic center and therefore costs shipping fees. The products ordered have been a birthday present so this makes me angry even more. Thers no writing or present or anything in the delivery to make an excuse about the delayed shipment. The package seems to be rubust, but nonetheless there are tearouts etc. before unpacking. overall an experience i wouldnt suggest.
