B&D Classic Iron decided to crap out last week and yet, the company won't take the time to properly help me out, so I felt consumers need to be made aware of their tactics.
In the best way that I possibly know how to do this, roughly two years ago I bought a B&D Classic Iron Model # F67E through Walmart.com on 8/13/2024 & this item had a two-year warranty attached to it, but this iron crapped out on my mom on 9/28/2026 & I do realize and am aware this is one month over the two year warranty period but you can never determine or predict as to when these items decide to crap out on you. So I contacted their customer service division & they not only refused to help me out with my inquiry, BUT they were also very rude & coarse towards me & I was none too thrilled about the services provided by them. So I went the next step & attempted to contact their corporate HQ in Middleton, WI to see if anyone in the corporate sector could offer some help to me in replacing this iron with the exact same kind (new, albeit), but I have not heard back from anyone there after leaving multiple voicemails & messages to their staff in the corporate office as I need to hear back from anyone there that can help me out, since customer service is unable to do their jobs properly and only mimicking their stupid privacy policy to me like parrots! That is NOT how these people should be treating their loyal customers because without us buying these products, this company would cease to exist & to me, that is not what is best for business & bad feedback through social media and other ways of getting the word across is probably something they don't want to have happen to them. All that I ask is to hear back from someone in corporate with Trustpilot's help & just maybe they can offer a proper solution for me or even a one-time exception seeing this took place just a month after the warranty expired & I'm willing to do whatever they need for me to do to prove I own this item. I also have sent them copies of my online receipt as sufficient proof but still, no answers from them. PLEASE assist me here in reaching out to someone at that company, so we can get this handled. Thank You.
