Thank you so much for the lovely review, Thea! 💕 We’re thrilled to hear Julie and our customer service team were able to turn things around after the postal service lost your first package and made sure your sister got her costume in time. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with our team for sure, it’ll make their day! 🥰 Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your experience for next time ❤️
