I have several camis from different companies, but the Spanx is the worst. It feels like tight rubber. Supportive, body shaping camis should feel soft and comfortable. I am sorry that the one I bought is not returnable, as I will never wear it.

I ordered a pair of jeans, and I was very disappointed. The material did not feel good—it was extremely heavy and uncomfortable. The jeans were also much larger than expected, and the heavy fabric made them unflattering for any body shape. Honestly, they could make someone look at least 100 pounds heavier than they actually are. I would not recommend this brand, especially for jeans or clothing in general.

Received an email stating my order has shipped with a tracking #. A week later it still states label was created but hasn’t shipped. Spanx says they won’t look into it til it is 9 days after the email. Why send an email stating item shipped if it wasn’t?

I bought a pair of their leggings because I read the fabric content and color and they were on sale. I ended up spending $50.00 which is more than I usually spend on leggings and I have a lot as that's all I wear. I bought it directly from their website. Well, when it arrived I was surprised at how tiny it looked. I checked the label to see that it was really a Large and it was. You should know that I'm 5'2 and I weigh 133. I buy a Large because I don't like them to be as tight as a medium is. Well, these were so small I couldn't get them on!!! I tried to get an exchange or a refund but they said they don't do that. So I'm out $50.00. 079220018907925

Be careful because I could not even write a review on their website after receiving my order, which makes me question the authenticity of the reviews there. The pants I received look nothing like the pictures and look terrible in person. On top of that, they charge a return shipping fee, so ordering from them is a risk. It is much safer to purchase this brand through other platforms such as Nordstrom.

I ordered an item and got notification from the delivery company that extra duty was due despite paying for delivery when I ordered. SPANX did refund me £19 but 2 months later I have a demand for more payment this tune for £48! Such a hassle! order from another retailer instead.

Horrible quality. After one use looks completely worn out. Confused because I thought it was supposed to look flattering but actually seemed to emphasize my stomach. Disappointing to say the least especially considering the prices.

I will never, EVER order from Spanx again. Getting a shipping label for a return after a site glitch was terrible. Four emails and a runaround. I sure better get my refund for Order No. 079220018620397
