The stands were much smaller than expected and incredibly flimsy; both bowls were also dented. Customer service was terrible, I had to email twice to get a response, and the response was an offer to refund me 20% of my purchase price and keep the sub standard bowls! Seriously?! Or I could reply "refund" for a full refund. I replied "refund" and have heard nothing since. Am now going through my credit card company.

A bit disappointed by the quality of the bowls. The small ones and the stands are very lightweight and easily pushed around and over by my dog.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and we're sorry the bowls let you down. You're right that stability matters as much as height. A feeder your dog can push across the floor isn't doing its job, and we'd rather hear it than have you quietly put it in a cupboard. We'd like to make this right. Please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and reference this review, and we'll send you a set of non-slip mats for the feet at no cost. Your note is also going to our product team. Feedback like yours is how the next version gets better. Johnathan, Customer Care, Somnair Pet

Thank you so much for the kind words 🐾 It means a lot to hear the bowl is making mealtimes easier for Shih Tzu. That's exactly why we designed the tilted, elevated shape: less strain on the neck, calmer eating, happier digestion. Give them a scratch behind the ears from the whole Somnair Pet team 🐶💛
