Solostream support is awesome....

I used Live Chat for support and it was timely and convenient as I was into an issue. The issue pertained to a theme Option that was enabled but had not been rolled out and should have been disabled. Support did wonderful finding the answers for me. However, it is a major flaw in development to allow the feature to be enabled if it was not released. Fortunately, it does not prevent the theme from being installed or function normally. The theme is wp-blogging.
