I never have an issue getting support from SolidWP. When a problem arises, they're right on it - often to find out that I've done something that caused the issue in the first place!

I've been using the product for several years and have had very few problems. When I do have questions, I am always amazed at the speed and efficacy of the people responding to my support requests. Even though the brand has grown, it still feels like there are real people behind it.

I’ve been using WP Solid for many years now. The best thing is that I hardly ever need to reach out to Support because their products just work so well! On the view occasions where I have reached out to Support, the experience has been great - knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. In my last interaction, Brent helped me solve a challenge, and I was thankful to have the issue fixed so quickly.

I have been a customer for the past 5 years, running their plugin on multiple websites. after trying many different security plugins I found SolidWp security was the perfect balance between performance and security. their support team is also stellar and they answer emails fairly quickly and work hard to help solve problems.

The SolidWP tech support team is responsive and very knowledgeable. I got a quick response to my problem with detailed, actionable steps to diagnose what was going on on my system, and extra helpful advice for how to manage settings to keep things working well. All this with a staff member who clearly knew their stuff and was kind and professional throughout. I highly recommend working with them (and keeping the support contract, it's such a time saver)
