Solid Security offers excellent customer service. I encountered issues with one of their plugins, and they provided friendly, prompt, and clear instructions on resolving the problem.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience here! Thanks so much!
I just bought and installed the pro version on my first sites. I had to deal with the commercial support which was very responsive and constructive. Then, very simple settings during installation and configuration. To be continued

I had a wonderful experience with my technician Kevin Murusek. He was very knowledgeable and stayed with me the whole way through until my issue was resolved. I'm glad he gave me step by step instructions and tutorials so I could be hands on. I love to learn as I go. It was very rewarding for me to be able to complete the mission.
