The order and digital aspect was good, but the customer service and delivery was way below average.

Everything was printed finely, but packaging left some of the cases to be damaged.

I have had your company do a few releases. It seams the quality has gone down. The jewel case seams flimsy and some tray cards have no been creased and there are gaps when looking at the CD spine. But it is still acceptable but I just noticed the lack of quality when compared to the releases you guys have made for me in the past..

A sizable portion of the records arrived with slight cosmetic damage and damaged dust jackets. The record looks and sounds good otherwise.

Pricing was great and product came out great! My issue is that the product took one month longer than promised. Delays due to Covid are understandable and unavoidable but they never communicated that they were having issues because of Covid until I reached out to them several times. It would have been a less stressful process if they could have given me an estimated date they would be shipped and not a vague response that they were checking on it but never did. They didn't ship using the correct shipping we paid for and I had to reach out to get a refund on that also. Not sure if I would use them again.

I understand you charge for the Track Names to appear; However I don’t think I should of had my Track listening/ Names of the Songs DELETED/EDITED OUT! Of my release!! I don’t think I should Of Paid for something I did on my own, that’s the reason why I didn’t get that feature; It is because I took care of it, It’s like making me buy something twice! And Now “NoName” is what it says when you play the Cd, It was a great let down. I should of been contacted, All I can say is that I was Disappointed when I put on the Cd and read “No track Name” & for you guys to edit it out and Not even call/email shocking, Bottom line it should of stayed. Other then that I don’t have Much to say. The package was delivered & I Think it is cool a vary good presentation, and sold work as always, good work. Just the track names, I should of been contacted by you all, and It should of stayed on my Release.

You didn’t meet your deadline, unfortunately. You did make it up to me by overnighting it to me at no cost and a refund on my “rush” order, and I very much appreciate that. I’m glad I left a padding of 1 extra week in there in case” this happened. You guys do quality work and I will be back, but hopefully this was a hiccup, and not an every time thing.

The product turned out pretty good, but they were out of stock of a lot of their options. Also, it took a little longer than expected and it is hard to reach anyone directly. You have to leave messages and wait for return calls/emails.
