Software was intuitive, easy to use and very functional

I think it is a very helpful program, we do our return labels, and cover letters with your program, and love it.

Very easy to use

Easy to order. Delivered as promised.

There's nothing about Mavis beacon teaches typing that I don't love! It's awesome!

The download and installation were flawless.

I purchased a product that didn't meet the expectations nor did my system meet the necessary requirements though my system was actually in alignment with the system requirements listed on the site. I reached out to support immediately and expressed my concerns and was given a very reasonable and acceptable resolution without any hassle. I was very pleased with both the aggressiveness of support to professionally address the problem, the no hassle attitude and their response. Would definitely do business with them again!

Service was great however, my laptop suffered from screen failure of some sort.
