SnapMailbox was borne out of the desire to improve the virtual mailbox space giving the customers what we wanted - flexibility and reasonable pricing. We wanted to be able to access all of our mail online from anywhere in the world while using a real, private and secure street address and figured others did too.

Rue was fantastic. Attentive, polite, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve my issue. I always try to start each interaction with ANY support staff in a positive framework, both in hopes of getting my desired result and knowing they face the fire all day. Often, my mood fades quickly when the person on with me is less than enthusiastic to help. Rue was exactly who I hope for when I need assistance!
