Helped Us Supercharge Our Sales Team
We teamed up with SMRC to bring on five SDRs to work with our local AEs, and wow, it’s been a game-changer for us. They didn’t just hand us the resumes and wish us luck; they found us pre-assessed SDRs who were ready to roll. They even helped train them on our product and tools, so we didn’t have to spend weeks getting them up to speed. The best part? Our reps didn't have to worry about managing the team and taking care of payroll. All we had to do was focus on our internal sales team, and those results have been amazing. In just four months, our inbound call pickup ratio shot up by 80%. If you’re thinking about scaling your team without the headaches, SMRC made a huge difference for us, and we couldn’t recommend them enough.
