Customer service is the WORST!! You want something from China that doesn’t work, they send you the wrong product, you notify them and they do nothing, and the piece of junk last less than a month, well this is the place to buy. Better go to a vape store and make face to face contact with the seller and you’ll be much better off.

As a new costumer I didn’t find a good service I’ve ordered a product on 26 February He is Pending Shipment till today in fact I’ve ordered an eliquide yesterday from another website today they sent me an email saying that my items was shipped to me I’ve paid DHL service to be quickly shipped I’ve sent email to their costumer service and they don’t respond This is not a way to treat new costumer

£85 x priv broke after 3months. Overall poor build quality on top end. Poor quality threading to seat atomizer.Leaks,overheats and projects hot vape fluid out top.Dangerous! Unable to return to retailer as living in a different country and way too much hassle to post to U.S for unspecified fee and return time. Just throw your money in the bin instead of buying this at least it wont burn your house down that way.

I've sent 4 emails and I haven't gotten a response yet. Here I thought ordering from the manufacturer would make everything run smoothly, but clearly it doesn't. I placed Order on 2019.02.04. Nothing told me about the Chinese New Year delay until after I had place my order which already ticked me off. they allegedly went back to work on the 12th and here I am on the 19th (now the 23rd) and DHL still does't have my shipment (they messed up and linked DHL instead of the actual shipper Fedex)! I paid a ridiculous amount of money for shipping such a small package ($16) and it still isn't shipped 7 days after they went back to work! Clearly they don't work or I would have my product by now. Clearly the good Smok reputation was crap! I have already contacted paypal regarding my essentially stolen money. I guess that's what I get from ordering from Smok a bunch of lying thieves. After weeks of silence they emailed me and said would a coupon make me feel better. A coupon??? really?! bunch of THIEVES!

Have had to give one star to write a review I bought a nord device it was great until I had to buy replacement coils which all burnt out within a day of use I primed them and didn’t do anything different I was told to email them from the shop of purchase which are also useless and after 3 emails they have not replied utterly rude customer service
