We purchase Steven Smith Tea for years now. Unfortunately this latest batch of Silent Night tea that I bought a box of 100 teabags tastes awful. I sent their customer service two emails, which have gone unanswered. Seems like a quality issue...We are very unhappy, as we spent ALOT on their teas. No response from customer service is unacceptable. We DO NOT recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Smith Teamaker! Not only are their teas incredibly flavorful and high-quality, but their customer care is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Every interaction I've had with their team has been warm, courteous, and full of genuine attention to detail—it's clear they truly care about their customers and their craft. My absolute favorites are the British Brunch and Empower Mint teas. British Brunch is bold and smooth—perfect for kickstarting my day—and Empower Mint is refreshingly soothing, like a spa moment in a mug. Each blend tastes as if it were made just for me. I love everything about this company and highly recommend Smith Teamaker to anyone who appreciates great tea and amazing service. It's the little things—from the elegant packaging to the handwritten note I received. They’ve earned a lifelong fan in me!
