They ran an Indiegogo campaign for their Etcher laser and it has been over 1 year and they have failed to deliver the product. They refuse to refund money and do not have a phone number listed. All contact is through email and they just keep repeating the same rhetoric. If they were legit why can't you talk to a live person?
