great service recovery story, Julian rocks!
I found a template I liked but there were technical issues joining and downloading it. I sent a note into tech support and Julian was very responsive. A couple of email exchanges later and he just sent me the slide template to be sure I had it for an important presentation. How you recover a customer is often as important as acquiring one. 5 stars for making it right despite some issues up front.
