Improving but still not there
After working with Arthur for awhile I have decided to go from 1 star to 3 stars from a customer service point of view. I have re-installed the latest software and it is working better. However the software is still not ready for prime time . 1. Cannot edit your existing profile or even look at it. You get a blank screen. 2. Once you get to the blank screen, you can’t do anything and have to kill the program. 3. If you re-install the software you seem to lose days that show up in the “Intake and Tracking Calender Control”. As someone who has worked in software for 30 years I can tell you the software should have never been released to the public. At best the software is early beta software. So at this point it’s wait and see what comes next. I can still go from 3 stars to 1 I am going back to 1 even though the app has improved in some ways. I can no longer login to the app using my original login. I get an error Error: Bad state: field does not exist within the DocumentSnapshotPlatform I had to create a new account with a different email address. Now I can login. How this software ever made it to Apples app store does not say much for their support or development process .

Thank you for understanding the situation and updating your review Jeff. We will continue working to further enhance your experience with Sleepie. In fact, we'd like to share that our past week was entirely dedicated to conducting final tests and addressing the bugs that emerged with the update. We acknowledge that the app is not entirely free from errors yet, and this type of feedback is highly valuable in making our technology more refined over time. We are working at full steam to complete the application as soon as possible and to keep our customers informed about these instabilities. I have your contact information, and I commit to keeping you updated on the new features that are being implemented, we hope that with our dedication to improvements and good communication, your experience will only get better.
