Very Unprofessional and Rude Staff.
This company used to accept all kinds of recyclable materials from paper, cardboards, bottles, cans, milk cans etc and we had been going there for several years in Corona, CA. They changed their policies and stopped accepting used papers, which we were ok and then they stopped paying for cardboard and they would resell cardboards without paying for us. We were OK with that arrangement too. Today when we went to recycle the rest of the bottles and cans, they refused to accept them saying they "Dont have time" to sort out aluminum vs steel and refused service for us.Even though we had already sorted everything in bags and taken it to recycle. The supervisor was rude and unprofessional. He says , he doesn't care what customer thinks and he would not provide any services. We had to bring back all our recycled materials. I do not recommend this company as they are very unprofessional and extremely rude. They keep changing their rules every week and after waiting in line in the scorching sun for an hour they refused to accept our recycle material.
