Reviews are very high on Amazon and pretty good on Reddit. I like that there are 14,000 reviews on amazon with some great feedback. I will return to further my review when I receive the products. They said in stock...we shall see how long they take to come. So far 1 of the products that I purchased is apparently not in stock. When it did not come within 5 days I called and though it read in stock, they sold it to me knowing it was on order while they wait for the shipment. To me thats not the way to gain my trust to order again. Amazon has it in stock everyone.

I love the product/water filtration system but they do an extremely poor job of restocking filter replacements. It's been months and their website still says out of stock. Filters are literally where these companies make most of their money in the long term, similar to like a subscription model, since we have to keep coming back to them to buy filters. They need to seriously do better with their logistics or simply stop selling their filtration systems. Crickets from anyone in support so here it goes with this trustpilot review, and maybe someone will actually respond.

Basically the system does not last. It leaks at the bottom and had to get the haulers to remove. The thing is cheap plastic and everything in it deteriorates. Change system filters as recommended, but this is not worth the money,

I purchased this product a little over a year ago, brand new on eBay. From the very first month, I started having problems with the filters. They are advertised to last up to 6 months, but in reality, I have to replace them every 4 to 6 weeks. That is extremely disappointing and misleading. I did contact SimPure customer service, and while they replied, they said they couldn’t help me because I didn’t buy directly from their website. I understand policies, but the product is theirs and should be backed by the company regardless of where it's purchased if it’s new and underperforming. For the price, I expected much better quality and a company that stands behind their products. I’m truly disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone.
