Positive Experience

I tried to build several estimates with CountBricks before trying SimplyWise. I found the experience frustrating and didn't notice it saving any time versus how I was doing estimates. I was extremely shocked when I decided to give SimplyWise a shot. I found the process to be quicker, more intuitive and overall much easier. I like the format the estimate generates for the customer as well. Line item costs on our end is great. Customers don't need to see the price for all the materials, or the specific amounts going into a job if we're providing them. The "Scan" option builds an accurate shape for the foorplan, but I've had to make adjustments to measurements. The ability to render a finish from a before photo is a nice touch, especially at this price point. I've had good luck building an estimate for multiple bathrooms at once instead of having to do one at a time. The few issues I've come across that could be improved are minor, and I feel certain the developer will make improvements as we all learn to use this technology together. A way to build options into the estimate for different finishes or additional elements would be nice. I'm not deep enough into it to know if I can save specific pricing from different vendors for myself, or if I have to input that information everytime. It would also be helpful to have the option to build a range for some types of pricing. My final opinion is I'm actually looking forward to being able to bid on more jobs without the fear of wasting time and feeling like I have to get every job I look at.
