An Excellent FREE Durable POA
Finally, a General Durable POA that was complete, had all the options, clear instructions, and did NOT require a credit card for "After FREE Trial" billing, before I could download the form.

Thanks for the specific form I needed. Now to get it notarized and in place.

I was able to do a free Transfer on Death Deed in order to transfer my home to a family member upon my death. All other websites charged for the form and I was able to fill it out on Simply Trust website and print it out for free. I just had to get it notarized (free at my bank) and take it to my county auditor to be recorded. All this would have cost going through a lawyer. Thank you Simply Trust
