SimplyBridalReviews of simplybridal.com

We had a very good initial fitting for my daughters wedding dress. When the dress arrived by mail weeks later it was huge on her. I tried to contact Simply Bridal by email, phone calls, multiple to all the numbers and on line. No response, or a message stating unavailable. Very disappointed. Yes, we paid in full for the dress at the fitting. Buyer beware there is no customer service.

I should have listened to my sister's recommendation to buy from vand resses.com because the pair of shoes i bought from simplybridal.com for my wedding was overpriced cheaply made and when I tried it on, it fell down.
