1 star because the communication between customer and your support team was not clear. A first time customer to this type of system needs better understanding of the "keyword" "shortcode" approval. I canceled within a week of signing up. I signed up with EZ Texting.

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback, Cathy! I reached out to you by phone and email to discuss the reasoning behind this further with you, along with what can be done to prevent this moving forward. (My name is Bibs, by the way, and the email came from [email protected]). Looking forward to hopefully connecting with you soon!
DId not verify the website and the name on the credit card and allowed a scammer to make an account and text 75,000 people pfishing items under our name.

Hi there, thank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback with us. Our team did stop this account from sending out messages before they were able to send out very many. While a spammer hacking someone’s email address is unfortunately outside the scope of our control, we wanted to assure you (and all of our customers) that we take situations like this very seriously and have a very stringent review process for spam accounts.
incredibly bad customer service. The platform is practically impossible to use without it.. and getting their team to make changes to your account, implement upgrades, or approve campaigns is excruciatingly difficult. Just use someone else.

Unforeseen circumstances that haven't been handled in the most timely manner. We really need more frequent updates while the number is completely down. We also reported a fairly serious bug that we feel is actually their issue, but they blame it on the carriers.

The mobile app is terrible. It does not send notifications nor update current messages. The web platform also does not update messages in the “inbox” when viewing the dashboard page. Customer support has been saying for weeks that they are working on it, but nothing has been fixed yet.
