Hi Herbert, Thanks for your feedback. We usually don't recommend customers retrieve trade alerts via email. We suggest relying on the app as the most effective way to retrieve alerts. If you are not receiving the alerts at all via email, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 512-266-8659 and we can further look into the issue. We understand that not all strategies work for everyone, which is why we suggest members only take trades that they’re comfortable with, and for you that might mean focusing on call and put options. So if our traders in our Options Gold live trading room do 4 contracts on a 10k account, and you've got 5k, just do 2 contracts. We’ve shared your concerns with our content team and moderators.
