Simple GlobalReviews of simpleglobal.com

An awful experience : lots of shipments mistakes, super dishonnest overcharged invoices. Ryan, the CEO, can not be trusted. Such a disappointment. I can add that despite the fact that it was acknowledged by Simple Global that our invoices were overcharged, our stock and client delivery was simply blocked by Simple Global, asking to pay, then to talk afterwards. Unbearable.

As a first-time business owner, I was hesitant to give up control of my business. But I also knew it was something I needed to do in order to grow. I interviewed several 3PLs before deciding to partner with Simple Global. It didn't take long to realize it was the right choice. Simple Global's pricing is competitive, orders are picked and packed quickly, and they are accurate. But what stands out the most is the personal attention. They go above and beyond. They always respond quickly to texts. When I had a quality issue with one of my products they inspected the full shipment. And when I had issues with returns being delivered they went down to the local post office to get the issue under control. I highly recommend Simple Global!

The team at Simple Global made our transition to their facility so easy and seamless. Any questions we have they respond right away which is essential in the customer service world. Very happy to be partnered with Simple Global!

I have been impressed with Simple Global’s onboarding process, in particular with their attention to details, their personal approach, and how they genuinely care for their clients. They are responsive, efficient and flexible.

Aweful company. They lost four parcels in a raw which i paid and offered no compensation. No phone number and nobody to answer the email. What a nightmare. Never again!
