I placed an order for 2 lipstick pipes. What I recieved was 2 glass bulb pipes and one was cracked. I have ordered from this company in the past and been very satisfied. The time from placing the order to delivery is fantastic. However I see no way to return the items I received and I can find no way to contact the company regarding the fact that what they shipped to me is not at all what I paid for. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. The pipes that I received are useless to me and the both of them together are less than the cost of 1 of what I ordered. To make it even more annoying they are cracked. Not only are they wrong but they are broken and from the looks of things I am stuck with them. I will not be placing anymore orders nor will I recommend them to my friends again

Ordered some glass pipes and a grinder the pipes that came were pink not clear and I got 8 but paid for 9 the grinder was not in the box but the invoice said it was. Tried calling, sent emails and text messages have not heard from anyone. Basically my entire order#2542 not 1 thing was right, never again

I RECEIVED 2 CRACKED PIPES IN MY ORDER. I REACHED OUT A TOTAL OF 4 TIMES! DID NOT EVEN HEAR A WORD FROM THEM AND IT HAS BEEN 5 WORKING DAYS! BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 4 YEARS, NOT ANYMORE! TERRIBLE!!! DISRESPECTFUL WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

Like the title says READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS!!! There is so much truth and weight behind them when you see the same issues that the people had over and over. And now I'm going to add mine to the it also. It's funny and odd to read all the outstanding reviews because I feel like are we really dealing with and talking about the same place ?!? I will preface this by saying that I'm not a difficult customer in any way and am always more than understanding usually so to my own detrament. And this is just proof of that . In the end no angry about shipping time or only told 3 weeks later after I ordered that am item was out of stock. But still charged for it and still no refund and the item is still listed as avail. In the end I'm angry because I was told things that were not true, so lying to me directly and it didn't happen ounce it was 3 times about my order being shipped when it actually had yet to be shipped. I will say the was another review talking about lighter the person bought and the owner starting they don't send lighters with fluid in them. That is a lie on the owners part because I can't speak for every order but my order with two lighters came delivered to me by the USPS with lighter fluid in both of them . Not full but enough to use for awhile before they would need refilled. They do drag out the situation by not replying to emails for a couple days . So in the end it took over 3 weeks to get my order but that had nothing to do with the post office . Because ounce the order was actually shipped and USPS had it, it did get to me quickly. But again I was told more then ounce it has been shipped to me already. And then whomever replied to my emails told me they were doubling my items I ordered because of this issue .. I never asked for that but if they choose to then ok. But that does not make up for being lied to about the order being shipped. It doesn't make up for an item being out of stock but never told that untill the day they really sent the order and I asked about that item !?! And it doesn't make up for not receiving the credit to my account for that item as of yet. I get that a credit or refund usually does not happen right way. But it's also now been about a week since the email told me they refunded me for that item. Mind you about a month since I placed the order and if they were out of stock it should have been refunded then. And being that they lied more than ounce already I'm sure I'm going to have to go round and round with them for this. I'm interested to see what kind of reply that will be left about this review from the owner .. because I have all the emails the replys and screenshots should they want to act like something is different then what I say. Just like the good reviews I believe those people had a good experience but when it comes to the occasional bad one .. they are REALLY REALLY BAD!! I would honestly say go look someplace else because there are plenty of other places .. and I don't want anyone to have to deal with the bad customer service I received from this company , plain and simple!! STAY CLEAR!

I paid for shipping and did a separate order after figuring out i needed something else... and what happens they are going to arrive the same day.....

I placed an order and several items were broken and not even wrapped up. There was an item missing as well. I have sent 3 messages via their contact is form as well as email to them and tried calling. No response back. This was a terrible and very costly experience.

Recently purchased a grinder from this website. The person named Mark was short with me when my address wasnt correct. I emailed him to let him know I would love it sent out to my correct address. 2 weeks went by with no response other than the initial reply asking for my order number and correct address to return my product to me. I have been constantly checking my mail without an updated tracking number to see where my package is at. Upon asking why it hasnt arrived I was met with 2 fragmented replies that one said they resent my package and the other said they refunded my money. Which is it? I check my bank and no refunds were issued. I resent an email stating that i didnt believe this was their fault but i needed my product or my money back or I was writing a bad review. They told me not to threaten them... okay. I'll just leave a bad review then if people can't communicate respectfully to their patrons. That guy Mark either needs to be grounded from his iPhone, or maybe be a welder so he doesnt have to cater to the general public in which he clearly isnt capable of handling.

Piece came in broken, will not return emails for replacement product. Bong was made poorly as you cannot fill with water enough to bubble without having water come through inhale piece and into your mouth. Honestly a waste of money dont order from them. Better off going to a head shop locally.
