I was having trouble with my server, I went to the chat box and asked for assistance with my issue it took 5 minutes for the simple game hosting to resolve my issue and get me back playing with my friends. i greatly recommend this hosting server to anyone who is just starting out with their servers or even an experienced player!!!!

I've tried using modded and vanilla Minecraft and they both work perfectly. The panel is so user friendly it's unbelievable, but that's not the best part. The customer support is amazing, you just need to be patient. They patiently helped me for three days working on an issue trying everything and communicating with me, and we finally solved it. I'm never switching hosting.

Everything is just so smooth and i like the gui, customer server is amazing aswell
