SilkeesolutionsAbout Silkeesolutions
Silkee Solutions provides dedicated virtual assistants built specifically for insurance agencies not generalist VAs with an insurance page bolted on. Our Insurance Concierge package handles policy lifecycle tracking, carrier coordination, renewal outreach, and CRM management, so agents spend less time on back-office admin and more time selling and retaining clients. Our Sales Assistant and Sales Specialist packages support lead follow-up, scheduling, and client communication for agencies focused on growth. We work with independent agencies as well as captive agents under Farmers, Allstate, and other major carrier systems, and our VAs are experienced with the platforms agencies actually run on — AMS360, EZLynx, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, and QQCatalyst. Every engagement includes a defined onboarding process, clear task boundaries around what requires a license, and a replacement guarantee if the fit isn't right.Based in the US and built exclusively around insurance agency workflows.
