I ordered a privacy screen from Sightpro and I think I was mistaken about the size of my screen/model of my macbook, but regardless the screen didn't fit. I contacted Sightpro and Kate, the support specialist, offered a replacement, helped me find the right fit for my laptop, and sent it immediately. They didn't charge me for the replacement. I am definitely recommending this company to my coworkers who also need privacy screens.
